In this post, we will use Kali Linux to perform this hacking. Kali Linux is an open-source, Debian-based Linux distribution. We will use SET in Kali Linux to send emails from someone else email account name.

Dave Kennedy, the founder of Trusted Sec, created and wrote the Social-Engineer Toolkit.

 It is a tool for testing around Social-Engineering. It has been presented at many large conferences. It is the standard for social-engineering penetration tests and is supported heavily within the security community.

It has over 2 million downloads and is aimed at exploiting technological attacks in a social-engineering type environment. 

Social engineering is one of the hardest attacks to protect against and it is now the most prevalent. The toolkit was the number one bestseller in security books for a year after its release guide was written by the founder of Trusted Sec.

First, we need to open SET(social-engineering toolkit) in the Linux terminal.

 Type SET command in terminal: 

root terminal: setoolkit

normal terminal: sudo setoolkit

After this command, you can see the front page of SET(social-engineering toolkit) which consists of many options:

• Social-Engineering Attacks
• Penetration Testing 
• Third-Party Modules

etc...

Now select the first option which is Social-Engineering Attacks and type 1 in the command bar then press enter.

After hitting enter button now you can see the next page which also consists of many options.

Now enter 5 in the command bar to select Mass Mailer Attack and then hit enter button.

Now the page of the Mass Mailer attack is in front of your eyes with two options.

Select the first option and type 1 in the command bar.

Here we have to type the email of the victim which we want to send the mail for example I write my own email address and then press enter.

In the next step, we will select the first option and type 1 in the command bar.

Now type your own email address to log in. I suggest you make a new google account and then use it here.

 

In the next step, you will type the name or company name which you want to show in the victim mailbox. For example Google Support, Facebook, etc.

After choosing the name you want to show in the victim mailbox press enter and then enter the password of your own email which we type in the previous step.

In the next option type yes and press enter

Now the tool wants to be asked you do you want to attach any file so if you want to attach any file in the mail then type Y otherwise type N and press enter.

In the next step type Y if you want to attach an inline file otherwise types N.

Now we will type the mail which we want to send to our victim.

First of all, choose the subject of our mail for example your Google account has been hacked kindly change the password 

Now type p 

Our first step is completed now type the body your our mail.

To finish typing mail type END (all capital) and press enter

 Congratulation now check the mailbox of your victim and share this trick with others.
